Hannah Huesman is the Major League Mental Performance Coordinator for the Texas Rangers Major League Baseball Organization. She is an athlete turned mental performance coach and is passionate about helping people become the best they can be by utilizing the power of the mind. She travels for speaking events on how training your mental skills can help any performer. Hannah has trained FDNY, MLB, Business professionals, actors, and athletes of all ages through speaking events, one-on-one consulting and interactive workshops. She received her Master's Degree in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee. Hannah is as passionate as they come and will do whatever it takes to help your mind work for you instead of against you.

She advises high-performing individuals and corporate teams as a leadership development and confidence coach. With over 20 years of cross-industry corporate engagement, Jes has worked with Research Triangle Park companies, Google for Startups, Fidelity Labs, Wells Fargo, Coastal Credit Union, Lincoln Financial and the American Underground to name a few. In 2015, Jes co-founded Black Wall Street Homecoming, a nonprofit aimed at closing the funding gap for Black and Brown tech founders. Earlier in her career, she provided production management services for the likes of the Cincinnati Bengals & Cleveland Browns (NFL), Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA), the Procter & Gamble Company and Pepsi Cola North America.
