Take the Risk keynote by Lindsay Wrege
Opportunity doesn’t always arrive at the perfect moment—you often have to create it. Lindsay Wrege shares her journey of turning an idea into 321 Coffee, exploring the bold decisions, calculated risks, and moments of uncertainty that shaped her path as an entrepreneur. Through her story, she’ll challenge attendees to rethink failure, act before they feel completely ready, and create opportunities that open doors not only for themselves, but for others.
The Power of Connection: Building Your Circle
Bring it to the Circle
No one builds a successful career alone. The right mentor, advocate, peer, collaborator, or connection can provide perspective, open a door, or create an opportunity at exactly the right moment. In this interactive networking experience, attendees will step outside of their existing circles to discover what they can offer others—and what they may need from the women around them.
Through guided conversations and intentional connections, attendees will build a living network across the room, culminating in the “What Do You Bring to the Circle?” wall—a visual representation of the collective knowledge, experience, relationships, and support within the Women’s Day community.

Anne Hungate explores how leaders can build their own “ready position” by staying curious, adaptable, and intentional through moments of uncertainty and change. Rather than waiting for luck to strike, this session challenges attendees to think about how preparation, resilience, and a willingness to evolve can position them to recognize—and act on—the opportunities that emerge.
