Rooted in the belief that you don’t have to have it all figured out to lead, this year’s program explores the mindset shifts, reinvention, and bold moves that define modern leadership. From navigating tech transformation to building meaningful connections, Power in Progress creates space for women to grow, adapt, and lead with authenticity. Through inspiring stories, actionable tools, and purpose-driven networking, attendees will walk away energized and equipped to take their next step—wherever they are on their journey.
