VOLUNTEER COMMITTEES
Volunteers are encouraged to work at least three shifts in one of the following committees during Tournament Week. Committee and shift selections can be made on the Volunteer registration form at the time of registration. Volunteer shifts vary by committee, but typically last four to six hours.

ADMISSIONS/WILL CALL
Admissions Volunteers are responsible for staffing the ticket booth and assisting security to ensure that all spectators have the proper tickets for entry. Will Call Volunteers are responsible for staffing a location for ticket buyers to pick up previously purchased tickets.
CADDIE SERVICES
Caddie Tent Volunteers are responsible for assisting the professional caddies throughout the Tournament. Volunteers are also responsible for distributing and collecting caddie bibs, towels and lunch vouchers. Other duties include managing the Caddie Tent and caddie registration.
CORPORATE HOSPITALITY
Serve as credential checkpoints at various hospitality points on course. Also provide information for patrons in hospitality areas.
DRIVING RANGE
Maintain a suitable, secure area for all contestants by organizing range balls, beverages, ID signs, and verifying credentials.
EVENT OPERATIONS
Focused on pre- and post-event construction support, with some shifts available during the week. Must be able to lift minimum 50 lbs up to 75 lbs.

GOLF CHANNEL
Assists with Golf Channel television needs.

HONORARY OBSERVER ASSISTANCE
Provide assistance to tournament staff with Honorary Observer Program.
LONG DRIVE HOLES
Record the professionals driving distance, using range finders, on two of the tournament holes.
MARSHALS
Marshals ensure fair play among all participants as well as safety for spectators, and are stationed at locations throughout the course. Focus is on the tees, landing areas, greens and spectator crosswalks.
OFFICE SUPPORT
Answer phones, coordinate mailings, and fulfill general office and project needs prior to and throughout Tournament Week.
PRO-AM
Volunteers are responsible for assisting the Tournament staff with amateur registration and gift bag assembly and distribution prior to/during/or after shotguns at the Pairings Party.
SCOREBOARD AND HONORARY OBSERVERS
Update manual leader board on 18th fairway, aid tournament staff with Honorary Observer Program.
SHUTTLES
Transport Champions Tour professionals, Volunteers, and approved witnesses from greens to tees.

STANDARD BEARERS
Carry a standard with the names and scores of a group of Champions Tour professionals throughout a round of play.
SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION
Volunteers are responsible for distributing product such as water, soda and snacks throughout the course. This committee is physically demanding.

TRANSPORTATION
Transport professionals, their spouses, Tournament staff, and VIPs to various locations. Nontraditional hours are sometimes needed. Courtesy vehicles provided.
VOLUNTEER CENTRAL
Check in volunteers, maintain a comfortable work environment for them during the Tournament and fill-in where necessary.
VOLUNTEER FOOD SERVICES
Assist with the set-up and clean-up of volunteer food in the tent during the week.
VOLUNTEER UNIFORMS
Distribute uniforms to Volunteers at Volunteer Orientation (week before tournament) and during Tournament Week.
